Creating a room that can not only grow with a young girl, but also reflect who she is and what she is into is what we live for at Hazel. This client is very interested in space, but she’s also almost a teenager, so themes can be tricky. Sprinkling in nods to space with books, constellation art, and even the lamps that resemble moon rock are what bring this space to life without making it feel too young.
A bold rug in strong, deep shades of navy, pink, and orange really ground this space.
This closet was once a nook in this room. By closing it in and adding custom organization, we doubled the usable closet space. Adding a barn door brings both the functionality and the beauty.
