We start with an initial consultation
What are your goals for the spaces? What colors do you love? What styles are you drawn to? Are there pieces you currently own you would like to incorporate? What is the timeline and budget? This meeting helps us understand what your big picture looks like and helps us formulate a plan to get there. We will take notes, pictures, measurements, and come back with a plan. Hazel by Design works collaboratively with builders and contractors engaged by our clients to provide design advice, ideas, and ultimately create spaces that clients love to be in. We also offer a range of design services for finished spaces to create curated, cohesive environments in homes of all styles and sizes across the country.
Design Ideas, Planning, Sourcing – $100/hour
After the initial consultation, ideas will be sourced and put together into a design plan based on our discussion. This will include images, reasoning as to why the selections were chosen, etc. Links to where items can be purchased can be provided, or Hazel by Design can assist with ordering and installation.
Home Staging
Moving? Let Hazel by Design help you get your home show ready! Studies show staged homes sell more quickly and often for a higher price. We can work together on areas to declutter, furniture placement, color palettes, etc that will allow potential buyers to envision themselves in your home. One time consultations (up to 2.5 hours) – $250. A comprehensive Staging Plan is charged at a regular hourly rate of $100/hour.
